Anamaria Cernaut

Senior Physiotherapist, BSc, MSc, MHCPC, MCSP, AACP member

Anamaria is a fully qualified physiotherapist from University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iasi, Romania (2012).

She has been in private practice since 2012 whilst she was completing a 2 years Master degree in Rehabilitation at University of Romania .

In 2018 Anamaria has held a position as physiotherapist in MOD working alongside military personnel Army, Royal Navy and RAF base to deliver an exceptional standard of care. She has vast knowledge and experience in her field.

Annmarie has 11 years experience in clinical practice, her treatment philosophy includes using manual therapy to restore joint mechanics followed by muscle retraining and motor control strategies to correct movement dysfunction. She has a special interest in soft tissue technique and has found using such technique hugely beneficial for patients with sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems.

She has great passion for helping people, while empowering them to contribute to their own healing. She takes the time to find the root of a person’s problem, and then together with them, creates a plan to address the immediate concern as well as enhance daily living after rehabilitation and prevent reoccurrences.

Anamaria also has specialist training in acupuncture for musculoskeletal conditions which she uses very effectively in conjunction with her other physiotherapy skills. She is registered with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists
Nagarjuna

Nagarjuna Marem

Senior Physiotherapist MSc, MPT, BPT, HCPC, MCSP

Nagarjuna is a highly qualified, HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist, obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2010 and his master’s degree with specialisation in sports injury rehabilitation in India. With a keen interest on sports injury management, Nagarjuna finished his MSc in sports medicine from University of Central Lancashire in 2022. He then completed his training as an injection therapist from the same University in 2024.

In 10 years of his extensive clinical practice, Nagarjuna worked in various settings, ranging from clinics, GP surgeries to multispecialty hospitals. He gained enormous experience by working from ICU rehabilitation to outpatient departments, was involved in multiple patient safety audits, and won accolades.

His areas of specialization include musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation, on-field injury prevention, return-to-sport (RTS) training, biomechanical foot evaluation, work-place ergonomic evaluation, and comprehensive fitness screening. His expertise is instrumental in functional rehabilitation through advanced hands-on treatment approaches like dry needling, Mulligan, Maitland, McKenzie, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, etc., and in customized exercise training modules to meet individual needs.
